With the increasing enhancement of modern enterprise management and the high-speed development of society economy in China, human resource has become a more and more important factor which has dominated the subsistence and development of the enterprise, thus the enhancement of the effective management and operation of enterprise human resource has become an essential means to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise. The establishment of Human Resource Information System(HRIS) is helpful for enterprise to deploy human resource,optimization business process and improvement service quality,raises working efficiency,is helpful for the of business management to be scientific,fast,accurate as making policy.The paper introduce J2EE structure and related technology,research the technology structure of MVC Design Patterns ,Struts Framework,Data Persistence of iBATIS and Scripting Language of Velocity .The core of this paper is to design and implement a human resource management system aimed at sizeable enterprise, which is based on the research of domestic and foreign human resource management system. There are six gounps of functions fulfilled in this system, includeing employee information management, employee technology management, employee training management, salary and benefit management, employment performance management and system management. The requirements of human resource management in morden enterprise are almost covered by these functions.Based on Human Resource Information System(HRIS) of DM DATABASE LTD, anysis J2EE&Struts Architecture,combining Human Resource Management theory complete the system.Use Design Patterns of MVC:DM2 DATABASE store the data,Pages use Scripting Language of Velocity and Interactive Data use iBATIS . This paper begins with introduction of the background of human resource management system and clarification of the research purpose. Next are introductions of major development technologies used in this system, such as J2EE platform, MVC design patterns, Struts framework,iBATIS and Scripting Language of Velocity , etc. Then I explain systemanalysis, architecture of the system, the design ofdatabase .And then, I clarify every critical problem in the system implement. At last, aggregate and prospect the Human Resource Information System.
