With the concept of scientific、rational and efficientμ business managementraising and the level of human resources management level enhancing in the modernenterprise, enterprises have a higher demand on human resources management system.How to use the system for the enterprise selection and recruitment to provide scientificdecision-making and ease of operation is becoming a major issue of the current humanresource management. Simultaneously, due to the popularization of personal computers,database technology, especially the development of Intranet/Internet technology, makingthe emergence and development of a Web-based human resource management systemhas become an inevitable tendency.This thesis is aimed at enhancing human resources activity effectively, promotingenterprise development, and set helping enterprises solve the "person-job match" to findfeasible ways and systems implementation as the ultimate goal. In this thesis we designthe system of the configuration of the front-line staff positions in thetelecommunications enterprise based on B/S structure and its implementation strategieswith the advanced web technology, database systems and NET platform.This study based on B/S staffing system is an application-oriented independentresearch. Through detailed analysis and investigation to the demand of the front-linestaff of telecom enterprise, we build a requirement analysis and function to complementmodule in a staffing system. Based on this, we design the structure of the database andthe application, accomplishing the serialization of job design and staffing intelligent.The development of the research system adopts B/S mode. Following the softwareengineering standards, in this thesis it gives a detailed demand needs analysis and buildsa structural design system. Besides, under the development environment we chooseVisual Studio.NET, SQL Server2000as the back-end database.The user interface isinserted in the browser, and partly adopt dynamically-adjust site layout technical whenwe do our UI design.It can be divided into three parts that the main work of this thesis:(1)telecomenterprise market front-line positions and competency model matching relationship. (2)the establishment of the standard model of the post the number of configurations.(3)designed to configure the system based on B/S structure of the telecommunicationsenterprise front-line staff positions.The realization of this study will not only be an effective solution to the supply anddemand contradiction of the front-line staff in the telecommunications company, butalso be a good method to reduce the cost of labor and internal management, with anobvious lift on production efficiency, improving the employee satisfaction.Simultaneously, it can also have a good reference value for human resourcesmanagement of other industries. |
