The Design And Realization Of Human Resource Management System Of Higher Vocational Colleges

In the recent years, advanced vocational colleges are growing rapidly. The number of vocational college students has occupied more than half of that in all advanced education institutes. However, the human resource in the vocational college, such as the education faculty, does not develop harmoniously with the growth of its size. How to improve the level and efficiency of the human resource management has become the urgent task and earnest problem that all the vocational colleges are facing.Using a series of practical human resource management software can mitigate the problem effectively. Considering the present condition and tendency of human resource management in the advanced vocational colleges, purpose of this article is to discuss setting up the Human Resource Management System which is based on the Web techniques. By utilizing the ASP technique and adopting ODBC method, in the Windows 2000 Server System, the HRMS is generally designed to construct connection with the SQL Server 2000 database, accomplish the design of the interactive Website, the database management and the comprehensive inquiry.This article mainly contains five chapters: the First Chapter-Introduction generally introduces the whole essay; in the Second Chapter, I present the fundamental knowledge of the system development, including the ASP Technique, the database theory and Web database accessing technique; in the Third Chapter, I analyze and introduce the framework, function module and data process of the HRMS; in the Fourth Chapter, I introduce the design and accomplishment of the HRMS, including the design of the database, interface and the code; the Fifth Chapter is the closing summarizing the development of the HRMS and expecting its future.In this article, I bring forward the model of the HRMS with the B/S Three-level Structure which is on the basis of custom level, data level and database level. What's mare, I also discuss the technical key points. This article's work and contribution are as follows:(1) Using the relevant method of the database design, set up the information model of the system. In the system's database design procedure, combined the actual work's demand, according to the steps of database design, combined the 3NF design principle to receive the construction of the database, reduced the redundancy of the data consumedly, improved the run-time efficiency of the database, strengthened the safeness of the data.(2) Using modern tool, completed the design of the system's structure.
