Building interior of their flats OA office system which will enable departments computerization, networking, and accelerate the flow of information and the effective use of information and improve Enterprise Resource Management, service and management efficiency, OA office automation applications in the government work of very great significance.Firstly, this article summarized the current situation of the OA Office, analysis and research, the Enterprise proposed building the importance of OA office system and similar systems in China summarized the research situation and existing problems, the idea of a project management software the application development process, and puts forward the OA Office Enterprise model. After deeply understand the OA office system’s development background and status, and by Enterprise to conduct a feasibility study to identify the development direction and the value of this system.The system uses.Net as the development platform, using SQL server as a back-end database. In the design of the database above, according to system needs, design Several system is divided into system management subsystem modules. In this dissertation, these sub-modules of the detailed design and implementation of the system to achieve a system test and the city running, and the results show that the realization of the system to meet the needs of Enterprise offices to improve work efficiency. This design is not only to realize the basic function of public service, but also realize the function of the personnel management, file management and document circulation. The designed system module mainly contain the out net system module, user login module, personnel management module, file management module, document transfer module (outgoing message management and incoming message management), the addressee email module and labor BBS module. A section Modules contain a number of different submodules used to achieve different functions. The completed system can not only improve public service but aslo improve the efficiency of handling affairs of the department.
