Design And Implement Of Government Official Management System Based On .NET Technology

With the development of science and technology,the rising popularity of high-tech knowledge,more and more people realize the importance of electronic office.It is necessary to develop a system that has low cost,high efficiency and wide application for government departments.Paper developed a system for authority management for worker by researching the daily work affairs.Based on the needs analysis,paper divided the system into three modules which are official document management subsystem,billed business management subsystem,license management subsystem and gave specific analysis and description of each module.And then paper gave the detailed design and explanation of system's functional modules,physical implementation,databases and program flow.Furthermore,it realized the implementation of the system.The system arise the daily work of administration to the network level.It can deal with day-to-day events in the Internet,and greatly improved the administrative personnel's work efficiency.At the same time,it reduces unnecessary work processes to allocate more time for more important transactions.
