The Design And Realization Of Radio And Televison Network Official Document Transmission System

With the rapid enhancement and development of computer hardware andnetwork information technology, office automatization is more and more recognizedby big enterprises and public service units. This situation brings about the concept ofelectronic official document. Electronic official document differs from paper officialdocument by its nature. It’s a new type of official document and processing form,which takes the computer software, office electronic document, as its carrier,computer as its processing and storage instruments, and computer data network (DCN)and other date communication pipe as its transmission means. With its merits ofsmaller storage instruments, faster searching application, faster long-distancetransmission and simultaneous user sharing, the electronic official document greatlyenhances the office efficiency of modern enterprises and public service units, andmore compliant to the growing business requirement.The major difference between present official document transmission systems ofthe big enterprises, in terms of development mode, lies in the technology method ofsystem development and the structure study of system.This system is designed and developed based on the Windows platform. It firstillustrates the relevant technology of the design and realization of this system, andthen, makes a design of the general structure and function module of the system onthe basis of requirement analysis. After that, through the design and development ofthe system structure and program structure, it constructs a system based on windowsplatform, with ASP as its language and SQL Server2000as its database. This systemfeaturing efficiency, omnipotence and easy application, realizes the whole process ofthe electronic document including drafting, sending, receiving and undertaking.Based on the real condition of Inner Mongolia Radio and Television InformationNetwork Company and the requirement analysis of all the users from different departments and the system administers, this design mainly consists of two parts:official document drafting and signature,and official document sending-receiving andmanagement. The module of official document drafting and signature realizes theelectronic workflow in terms of online drafting, process enactment, online check andapprove, official document return, document trace preservation, and transmission withattachment. The official document sending-receiving and management module couldrealize the function of the official document sending, receiving, searching andmanagement. The official document sending has the merits of high speed, high safety,high reliability, and easy management. It changes the traditional official documentsending method of fax and mail, making the transmission process faster, efficient andaccurate. Therefore, the utilization of this system save the company a large number ofoffice cost.The work of this paper focuses on the deep research over the official documenttransmission situation in present domestic radio and television enterprises, andconcludes the existing problems in official document transmission management andthe solution. It also makes specific analysis and design of the official documenttransmission system from the business and technology perspective. The deep researchalso covers the area of system safety and data sharing. This paper, via one officialdocument transmission system, makes the official document information managementwork systematic, standardized and automatic. On the basis of practical OAdevelopment, it analyzes the advantage of the official document transmission underB/S structure, proposing the solution method of making a better design of officialdocument transmission with better expansibility and easy management handling.
