Design And Implementation Of Official Document Circulation And Approval System Based On JEEPLUS Framework

With the continuous development of in formation and computer technology and deepening of the reform of government units,government networking has become the current trend.Under this trend,the traditional way of government office has been abandoned and the office electronic,information and automation is advocated.The traditional official documents circulation is often based on the actual paper,using manual operation and circulation processing methods to achieve the upload and distribution of official documents,which makes the document processing cycle longer and more inefficient.Based on the document processing business of a branch of fice of Dalian Railway,this paper constructs the document circulation and approval processing system.The purpose of the system is to design and realize the automatic processing flow of document circulation and approval by means of information technology,instead of the original manual document circulation and approval of the branch office,to enhance the degree of document processing informatization,reduce the work efficiency of the high branch and the work cost.This paper begins with the acquisition and analysis of the system user's requirements,takes the software life cycle in sof tware engineering theory as them ainline,and then completes the system according to the process of system feasibility analys is,system requirements analysis,system outline design,database design,system detailed design,coding implementation and system testing.When analyzing the system feasibility,it ana lyzes the current status of document circulation and approval business,computer equipment and computer technology level of police of ficers in the branch of fice of Dalian Railway,and makes clear that the design and development of the system be feasible according to the economic feasibility,technical feasibility and operational feasibility.In the system requirement analysis stage,through the investigation of the daily document processing business,the main roles in the system are analyzed,and the main functions of the system are analyzed.And then case diagram is used to describe them.In addition,the non-functional requirements of the system are also analyzed,including the reliability,timeliness,fault tolerance and other aspects of the system requirements.In the design stage of the system,the topology and logic structure of the system are analyzed and designed,so that the system meets the design ideas of "low coupling,high cohesion".The detailed design of t he system functional modules and completed.In the system database design stage,the data flow diagram is used to analyze the data processing process,then the E-R diagram is constructed to abstract the data logic model of the system,and the establishment of the system physical table is completed.In the implementation stage of the system,Jee Plus framework,eclipse,Tomcat and My SQL database management system are used to develop the system.Finally,the test cases of the system is designed to complete the test of the system,and the test results of the system are recorded.The document circulation and approval system designed and developed in this paper has changed the original manual document processing mode,realized the electronic of fice,and standardized the document processing flow,improved the efficiency of document processing in the branch office,so it has certain practical significance.Moreover,it will accumulate experience for the branch office to build a more comprehensive and perfect information management system in the future.
