Research And Application On Official Document Flowing System Based On Task Group Mode

Official document flowing system is a common componet of the office automation system, and is a very important component.An excellent official document flowing system can be well coordinated with OA, and can significantly improve information sharing within OA, and can significantly improve the efficiency in collaboration,and can significantly improve the efficiency of business supervision.Currently, different office systems are adopted in different departments.For example, special financial software system is adopted in the financial department, and special personnel management software system is adopted in personnel department.These systems are specialized, and independent of each other. Various departments finish the job in collaboration, but the collaboratiors do not hava a unified work platform, and they are isolated.The person, who hold various positions, need to have more than one account,so the office information isolated exists in an subsystem.Information isolated exists in a department system.Information sharing within the whole unit can not be achieved.So the office efficiency has been greatly reduced.The information island,which exist in different application systems,become obstacles to the exchange of information.In order to solve these problems, this paper proposes an official document flowing system based on task group mode.A unified application model and the platform has been established.In order to complete a job or a subject, related personnel of different departments are assigned to a same task group.This work-related information stored in the task group, and the authority-related personnel can handle it.So the whole unit can share the information.The personnel,who hold various positions, is assigned to the corresponding department task group.The system presents to the users is no longer a function of view,but is the information of each task group.The related personnel's information is managed by the task group.The official document flowing system uses the task as a unified description of means,and uses task to describe the process of the official document flowing in real life.The system is supported by the workflow technology,in order to ensure the official document flowing process can be carried out according to the predefined process flow.On the basis of the study on the official document flowing system based on task group mode,this paper detailed analyse and design the system, detailed design the database tables of the system, and design the core code in the system.This paper laid a solid foundation for realizing a whole system.
