Design And Implementation Of Official Document Management System For Panjin City Local Tax Bureau

With the economic construction's continuous development of our nation and the advent of knowledge-economy pattern, the government needs to improve the quality and efficiency of management urgently. Office Automation (OA) is a new way which integrates modern way works in the office and computer network. OA can organize internal staff work together without the restriction of time or place by network, thus OA greatly expands the way works in the office and increases the efficiency greatly. It's highly necessary to establish an Official Document Management System for Panjin City Local Tax Bureau.This thesis investigates deeply on working condition of Panjin City Local Tax Bureau, and then designs and implements Official Document Management System for Panjin City Local Tax Bureau according to the need of the staff on managing the system. This system adopts the ASP.NET technology as programming technology and MS SQL Server2000 as the database of this system. It also uses the B/S structure which is very popular at present. The system includes the Sending Official Document Subsystem, the Receiving Official Document Subsystem, the Internal Email Subsystem, the Query Management Subsystem and the System Management Subsystem. The application of Official Document Management System makes the management of the government standard and sequential, it also makes the managers hold the reasonable suggestion of the employee timely and exactly. The communications between the departments and the stuff work better under the assistance of the system. Official Document Management System improves the working condition of the government for a new level.In this thesis, the system development background, the social demand and the implementation significance are introduced firstly, and then the design and implementation of the target system are introduced with emphasis. In the system design part, system-level design is proposed on the system implementation goal, the implementation thought. The function design and the database design of the system are given in detail. In the system implementation part, the implementation steps, methods and adopted techniques are introduced briefly. System testing of major function modules is given in the last part of this thesis, together with an introduction to the testing environment and approaches. Testing results are analyzed and evaluated, and future work on further improvement of the system is also presented.
