Agricultural Bank of Shandong early performance appraisal management, is to rely on manpower to complete, the current assessment methods have many problems, including science and technology data acquisition stability requires the artificial control, examination departments rely on manual calculation of profits, individual adjustment need human records, profitability calculation interval cycle length. By the bank’s branch of science and technology in data acquisition, appraisal department manual calculating results, the individual case to individually adjust each quarter tips, a profit level. Performance evaluation of the overall efficiency is not high, many areas are still insufficient.Performance appraisal system is in the traditional, personal, subjective evaluation system on the basis of the development of a scientific, accurate analysis and evaluation is the assessment target work attitude, work performance, the level of business management assessment system. Performance assessment is a scientific evaluation system, through the system test plans, system, to evaluate and measure the work ability of workers.Performance management is a trivial, complex and very meticulous work, is generally not allowed error. It is the performance assessment and management for this repetitive, regularity, time, makes the performance appraisal management becomes necessary. Computer performance evaluation work, not only can ensure the performance calculation is correct, fast output, but also can make use of employee information database for the related to various statistical information, so that the staff from the heavy handmade out of, improve the assessment information timeliness, accuracy, comprehensiveness. Greatly improve the management level and efficiency, produced enormous economic benefits and social benefits.This system is for the Bank of Shandong agriculture development performance appraisal management system. Its development mainly includes the backstage database the establishment and the maintenance as well as front end application procedure development two aspects. The system includes the main features for employee information query, the individual key performance index data calculation, employee key job data import, staff score summary and employee performance appraisal score ranking.This system adopts B/S model, the future system development using VISUAL STUDIO.NET2008as a development platform, the background using SQL Server2005as database management system. The content of the paper in accordance with the actual development process to prepare. This paper describes the development of the Agricultural Bank of Shandong comprehensive performance appraisal system of the entire process, is according to the software engineering thought design, including the problem definition, feasibility study, needs analysis, system design, system detailed design and so on.
