Port Supply Chain Business Process Optimization Based On The Petri Net

Port is not only the hub of amphibious transportation connection, but also theinternational trade center, it plays an important role in the occupy international trade. Withthe steady growth of Chinese economic and the rapid development of international trade,the completion between ports becomes increasingly fierce. Port business abilitymanagement is an important role to improve the competition ability, this paper proposesthe point that port supply chain business processes could be analyzed as an whole system,and Petri net should be an advantage modeling method on process analysis and optimize,in this point, this paper shows important theory value and practical significance.First of all, this paper introduces the supply chain management present situation fromhome to abroad and the research of supply chain model building base on Petri net, andshows the research background and significance, summarizes the relevant theoryfoundation, all of this work prepares for the model construction and analysis below.Secondly, this paper analyzes the business processes under the port supply chainenvironment. This part first introduces the meaning and characteristics of port supplychain, then analyzes the present situation of port supply chain management.Third, this partbuilds the structure model of port supply chain and view the business processes from theperspective of port supply chain.Thirdly, this paper introduces how to use the Petri net to build the business processmodel and how to use the Petri net characteristics to prove the validity of the model basedon the above analysis of supply chain business process, and then analyzes the performancetime of this model, puts forward the model optimization method.Fourthly, according to the condition of Qinhuangdao Port business process, this paperuses the method proposed by the above to build the model for Qinhuangdao Port, andfinds out the synchronous and conflict relationship existing in the model. Then this papercombines the optimize rules and actual situation to propose the measures for improvingthe port operation rate. In the end of this part, this paper calculates the time parameter of the old model and the optimized one compares the result to confirm the optimization iseffective. This part improves the practical value of this paper.Finally, this paper draws the conclusion of the whole article, and also puts forwardthe existing problems and the further research direction.
