Qingdao bonded harbor area are developed into the important internationaltrading center in north China, and the goal is to build the international first-class freetrade port area, actively strive for the national opening policy, accelerate thetransformation to be the free trade port area, construction of economic development inshandong province set up more platform, to be the engine and locomotive of Qingdaowest coast economic zone construction. However, the development of Qingdaobonded harbor area, is inseparable from the support of the enterprises in the area ofthe zone, the development of enterprises is one of the necessary conditions ofQingdao bonded port area development. X company mainly store natural rubber,compound rubber, the smoke rubber etc., a lot of enterprises’ storage is mainly allkinds of rubber, they all are the contributors of rubber throughput, therefore theworking efficiency of the companies is also an important factor to influence thethroughput. In the paper, it mainly analyse the X company warehousing businessprocess, find the problem and solve it,thus increasing the company’s operatingefficiency,to provide a reference for the other enterprises,make progress together.Modeling analysis of business process is the basis and premise of business process optimization. It is also a research hotspot of process optimization in recentyears. At present there are many methods of business process modeling. Petri netsmethod is one of the very effective methods. Petri net is an important tool ofasynchronous concurrent systems modeling and analysis. It can express variousrelationships and behavior intuitively and systematicly, such as resource sharing,relationship conflict, and so on. The Petri net can be regarded as communicationauxiliary method which is similar to business process diagrams. We can buildassociated matrix, state equation and algebraic equation to analyse the modelquantitatively.Through the analysis, on the one hand, it can correctly reflect thecharacteristics of the existing system; on the other hand it can find potential problemsin the design of the new system to guarantee the new system can be implementedproperly, and then implement the transformation of business process to achieve thepurpose of optimizing the business process.This article first introduces the theory of business process optimization,the basicknowledge of the Petri net and a simple introduction about simulation of ExSpectsoftware.According to the basic theoretical knowledge of Petri net,I make a modelingand analysis on X company’s warehousing business process and analyse the Petri netsthrough the associated matrix and PIPE2software,testing its effectiveness.Then usecertain optimization principle and method to optimize the business procee,to get theoptimized Petri net model,and use the ExSpect sofware to simulation analysisbusiness process of before and after the optimization,to cerify the effect of processoptimization.Finally,put forward the shortcomings and problems which need to bestudied further in the future.
