Along with the fierce development of modern science and technology, the business enterprise management also faces more rigorous challenge. Management is gradually facing to follow behind this development. To adjust this kind of trend and exalt the competition ability of business enterprise and let the business enterprise acquire the biggest profits. So this thesis is from the dynamic state of angle integrating the information technique and the enterprise business, setting up to take being in conjunction with idea of the layer and fuzzy as the nimble supply chain model of the platform constructively, the aim is carrying out the organic fusion of the Web technique and the management.The overall structure of article:Based on Petri Net systems theory and fuzzy theory, the supply chain was abstracted to top and bottom modules using stratified analysis, the top-level module was refined into bottom-level module, then the state diagram was built corresponding to various levels. Based on the state diagram, place态transition and so on was abstracted to format the corresponding Petri net. The static structure and dynamic behavior of this supply chain system was analysised by Petri Net to make all nodes in the supply chain integration and coordination eventually. Subnet included the module of order generation inspired by the thought of CPRF, the module of production, the module of information collection and the module of commodity production. Finally the comprehensive analysis of robustness and Agility of the system was made and the reachability tree to verify the accuracy and accessibility of the system was constructed.This thesis applies the principle of conjunction, and takes this as the study foundation, and innovative puts forward that the merchandise supply demand an intelligent and fast operation. Broke through the traditional study of the supply chain mainly based on supply chain directly subordinate node short-term business activity, therefore,grated supply chain by establishing a complete network system to plan as a whole supply chain. And Petri nets using visual graphic description and rigorous mathematical expressions, make model process expressive enhancement, facilitate system implementation. this thesis supports the innovation of business process concept, promotes the optimization of entire value network to clarify the context of the theory and development derived from supply chain management and to add the value of information resources.
