Optimal Research Of Port Enterprise Business Management Process Based On Petri Net

Port is playing an important role in cargo distribution and trade.In recent years,with the rapid development of logistics and distribution in world wide,the port is becoming more important in business process management.For port enterprises, business management is a direct customer-facing section,so its business process should be flexible and efficient.In order to provide customers with high-quality service,port companies must be able to meet market demand as quickly as possible.Nowadays,few studies paid attention to the optimization of business processes management in the field of port.Thus,this article has great significance in this field.There are a variety of methods about Business Process Modeling,and Petri net-based workflow modeling is a very effective one.The business processes management of port enterprise is similar to the workflow.Petri net is a workflow analyzing tool with graphical and mathematical features.It can express the workflow model clearly and can be seen as the business process chart.In order to analyze Petri nets,we can use the methods of incidence matrix,algebraic equations and so on.Petri net-based workflow model is an ideal model for port enterprise business management processes.Based on the studies of BPM,workflow management and Petri nets definition,this article conducts following research:Firstly,the article summarizes business process modeling including 9 optimization theories of business process analysis after presenting background of port management.Secondly,the Petri nets model is established for business management.Then,the model is checked via using the character of Petri nets. Thirdly,the business process is optimized in accordance with the optimization theory. After that,a simulation model and service quality evaluation indexes are constructed by using the tool of WebSphere Business Modeler.According to the report,optimization results can be found.Fourthly,it discusses the use of workflow in port management system,as well as the realization of the benefits.Finally,some issues are pointed out for future discussion after summarizing the research done in this article.
