In recent years,the cold chain logistics industry has developed rapidly in China,and the efficiency of cold chain logistics has attracted much attention due to its perishable and high cost characteristics.How to improve the efficiency of logistics links and reduce costs under the premise of meeting customer needs has attracted more and more attention of scholars at home and abroad.In order to improve the management level and staff utilization efficiency of cold chain distribution,and reduce the cost of distribution.Based on the summary and analysis of previous research results,this research constructs a cold chain logistics business process model based on Timed Colored Petri Net(TCPN),and designs a vehicle routing algorithm for cold chain distribution,result have been achieved as follows:First,this research constructs a timed colored Petri net model of cold chain logistics business process,and carries out simulation experiments on staff allocation.Taking the business process of a cold chain enterprise as an example,this research adds color sets and time constraints to the model,and establishes a cold chain logistics business process model based on Timed Colored Petri Net.Taking order waiting time and staff utilization as evaluation criteria,this research simulates the staff allocation ratio of each link in the cold chain logistics business process with quantitative analysis,and gives the optimal allocation ratio under three different distributions of order arrival: exponential distribution,uniform distribution and Poisson distribution.Second,this research constructs a multi-distribution center vehicle routing model under cold chain distribution,which is solved with the Chaotic Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm.Based on the vehicle routing problem and the theory of fuzzy time window,this research establishes a cold chain distribution vehicle routing model with minimum cost as the objective function,and designs a chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm to solve the model problem.The simulation experiments are used to verify the rationality and validity of the model and the selection algorithm.This paper starts from two aspects of optimization of cold chain logistics efficiency.Whether it is based on timed colored Petri net cold chain logistics model and staff optimization of business process,or the vehicle routing model based on fuzzy time window theory and the chaotic particle swarm optimization algorithm for its solution,which has a certain practical reference value for the proportion of cold chain logistics business process staff and the route planning of distribution vehicles.
