With the fast development of global economy, continuous advancement of informationtechnology as well as rapidly changing of customer requirement,there has been a greatchange in market competition.The original competition which is among enterprises such asreduce costs and expand sales and improve service and so on,is changed to the competitionamong supply chains. The traditional way of supply chain management is difficult to meetmarket competition environment.More and more enterprises promote market competitive byimplementing supply chain modeling.Based on this background,this paper applies Petri nettheory to analysis supervisory control and optimization of supply chain issue,which providesa theoretical basis for decision-making of supply chain management and is of guidance torealize the objective of enterprises supply chain.Firstly, this paper is mainly to illuminate the significance of this topic,researchobjectives,current research situation,research content and framework,in which researchsituation is reviewed from three aspects,including supply chain management,supply chainmodeling,supply chain modeling based on Petri net of general situation and developmenttrend;Secondly, the paper summarizes the supply chain modeling methods and characteristicsof the traditional supply chain model, the structure characteristics of the SCOR model,introduces the advantages of Petri nets modeling, the principles of the basis Petri nets,analysis methods of Petri net and its applications, for follow-up study provide the matting.Thirdly, as the goal of supply chain supervisory control, select the supply chain workprocesses based on SCOR model, applied of colored timed Petri net technology to buildmodular supply chain model. Then the model of colored timed Petri net was simplified as themodel of basis Petri nets, further analyses the key performance indicators of the supply chainsupervisory(control system state and the remaining delivery time).At last, as the goal of supply chain optimization, on the basis of detailed introduction ofmodeling step with Petri net method,using generalized stochastic Petri net a tool to modelsupply chain, then analyzing the supply-chain efficacy by utilizing the equivalence relationbetween generalized stochastic Petri net and Markov chain,focus on time based performance of supply chain, further provides an optimized scheme. After the optimized,the averageexecution time of supply chain are greatly reduced,efficiency of the key work process hasimproved. The results verified the effectiveness of the proposed scheme optimization.
