Research And Implementation Of The Wireless Long Distance Pressure Monitor System

With the popularity of the use of natural gas,the gas pipeline pressure monitoringsystem is increasingly important. And the traditional manual meter reading methods cannot meet the requirements of real-time systems.It wastes lots of manpower and materialresources. What is more,in the field we can not find some unexpected events,Therefore,wemust find a new meter reading way to replace the traditional way.As microelectronics andcommunications technology and manufacturing process develop,we can use the wirelesstechnology to exchange data.Based on the problem,in this thesis we present a method,combination ZIGBEEmodule and GSM module to exchange data. ZIGBEE technology is a new wireless datatransmission technology in short-range,which is low power consumption, low cost, simpleapplications.what is more,one to one data transfer is very reliable and the network is verystable,which is good for the expansion meet of the system. The GSM module is to useSMS to send data, so there is no limit on the distance.As long as we use AT command,thenwe can control GSM module to send and receive data in a remote site.In this article,wecombine the two approaches in a system.According to the needs of the field,we chooseone way to send and receive data.Based on this idea, we use the chip of CC2530and TC35I to build the core hardwareplatform.Coupled with a pressure transmitter which has the function of temperaturecompensation. The two parts has made up of the entire system hardware.We also use theVC++6.0and DELPHI to finish the data processing and control interface for on-site staff.Through the PC interface,they can control the on-site collection system, and also monitorthe real-time condition in the field.
