Mobile TV as the new form of mobile multimedia, it immediately attracted theattention of the telecommunication industry and broadcasting industry as soon as itappearance. With the3G standard is determined and the issuance of3G licenses, havebeen slow to change the mobile TV business has been rapid development after that tofree from an obstruction subject to limit of the technical standard and policyrestrictions. However, with the rapid development of mobile TV, at the same time,there have a lot of serious and unavoidable problem. On the issues, the problem of themost important and most needed to solve that is the content production.First, this thesis comb production process, the production of the main, mode ofproduction and production characteristics of the main the mobile TV, and analyze thecurrent situation of the China’s mobile TV content production, moreover, discussed theshortcomings of China’s mobile TV content production. On this basis, the thesispresent strategies to improve China’s mobile TV content production, and select thenew brand of new media award winner of the mobile phone media by2010Chinesenew media leader list as a study case——CNLive, moreover, pointed out that in theadvantages and disadvantages of mobile TV content production.Primary research indicates that mobile TV content has the characteristics of theminiaturization of the program form, interactive of the communication process andmultimedia of manifestations. Traditional broadcasting and television departments,professional content providers and audiences are the main production of mobile TVcontent. Mobile TV content that not only can make use of traditional media content forre-edit and creation, but can also the development of new content be based on mobilemedia features, and even allowed the audience to creation content. At present, China’smobile TV content production development vigorously, and increasingly highlightingthe trend of specialization, grass-roots user took to the stage of the content production.However, at present, there are many shortcomings at China’s mobile TV contentproduction process. These shortcomings can be summarized three points: the contentproduction of the main is structural imbalance, content vulgarization serious andcontent production to ignore the user experience.To production the content of mobile TV user needed, the key is to try to stimulatethe creativity and productivity of the mobile TV content production.
