With the increasing development of internet technology, many traditional industries have faced much impact, so as the media industry. Also, the broadcasting industry have changed a lot. Combining mobile Internet and voice media spawned the birth of a number of mobile radio applications, such as Qingting FM and Lizhi FM.The mobile radio application, Qingting FM was born in 2011, as the first one entering the mobile radio industry, Qingting FM owns the largest group of users. Large amounts of capital enters the audio market, setting off a more intense competition of both content competition and channel competition. With the audio market continues to improve and copyright management been strengthen, the competition of content will be focused a lot.The "Gem Radio"is a completely new attempt of Qingting FM. It is invested by Vichy of L’Oreal Group. Depending on the Vichy’s brand image and brand positioning, Qingting FM customized the content of the Gem Radio for Vichy.During my internship in Qingting FM, I participated in the Gem Radio from the beginning, and joined the program developing. When the structure of the Gem Radio was established, I was responsible for the programs. So I wrote this paper to introduce my article— the Gem Radio.This paper includes three parts:the first part, from Chapter one to three, mainly introduced the background of mobile radio and the audio programs. The second part, from Chapter four to six, mainly introduced how I made the programs of the Gem Radio, and the value of it. The last part is the appendix works.
