Nowadays, as the increasing life pace and life pressure, more and more people don’t haveenough time to read printed books. It is convenient for people to use mobile phone to read infragmented time. According to the authoritative data, by the end of Dec2012, the number ofChinese mobile phone netizens is up to356million. There are27.6percent citizen from age18to70have the experience of mobile reading.While in spite of the large users’ number and diffusion rate, the content building of mobilephone reading is just in an initial stage. At present, the imbalanced content product structure, thehomogenous content and the low development are all problems that hamper the development ofmobile phone reading.On the basis of analyzing the current situation of mobile phone reading content production,this study has propose three measures in contextual targeting, content fragmentation and contentintegration. The contextual targeting should be diversified. As to the development of content, onone hand, the original content should be fragmented. On the other hand, it will develop moreeffect through integrating the tiny content.
