With the development of intelligent terminals and multimedia technologies, content has become the main body of mobile Internet traffic. However, the expensive traffic costs in mobile communication inhibit the user's content consumption requirements and become a major bottleneck in the development of content providers.Providing diversified and differentiated communication Channels services is the evolution direction of mobile communication networks.Based on this background, this paper focuses on the optimization of content distribution and operation strategies from the perspective of content providers. This article breaks through the traditional boundaries of communication operators and content providers and proposes a joint content delivery and operation solution that utilizes the redundant capacity of mobile networks. On the one hand, this solution optimizes the content delivery mechanism through the content provider's user behavior predictability and low-cost Channel based on redundant capacity;on the other hand, through an effective incentive mechanism to improve the system's revenue performance, the finally realize content Provider's profit maximization. The main work and contributions of this article include two parts.First,we propose a proactive content delivery mechanism based on differentiated traffic Channels with the goal of minimizing content delivery costs for content providers.Based on the user's content subscription and browsing habits, the mechanism provides users with flexible,low-cost proactive content delivery service through two differentiated traffic pipelines.According to different pricing strategies of operators,we respectively analyze the single-slot linear model,single-slot nonlinear model,multi-slot linear model, and multi-slot non-linear model.we propose the optimal or sub-optimal algorithm to solve the problem and analyze the influence of the parameters such as the traffic pricing, the upper limit of redundant capacity, and the length of the proactive delivery window on the cost of content delivery.Second,we aim to maximize the profit of content providers and propose a incentive strategy based on sponsored content to increase the advertising revenue of content providers. We further integrate the content sponsorship strategy with the proactive content delivery mechanism and propose a joint content delivery and operation program and then design an iterative heuristic algorithm for optimal solution. We analyze the impact of factors such as the unit's advertising value, user's incentive sensibility, and the upper limit of sponsorship content on the average profit of the content provider and the user's payment. The simulation results show that the joint content delivery and operation scheme not only can effectively improve the profit of the content provider, but also can improve the overall utilization rate of the mobile communication network, reduce the user's content costs, and achieve a multi-win situation for the three parties. The research in this paper provides a useful reference design and theoretical guidance for Internet content providers to implement efficient mobile content delivery.
