The Design And Implementation Of Plan Organization System Of The Work Safety Emergency Platform

The plan organization system of the emergency platform based on the circumstance that the work safety situation has been improved a lot but still severe, mainly aims to solve the problem of low information management level of the workflow and rescue resources, and the limited capacity of policy decision assistance, which seriously hampered the progress of accident rescue. As the core business process, this system implements the informationization and intelligence of the plan organization, accelerates the speed of accident rescues in a greater degree.On the basis of attending the work of project requirements research, the author independently designed and implemented the6modules of the plan organization system, including the outline design, database design and module detailed design. Based on the national ordinances and department regulations of the system is divided into more than30cases to accomplish the complicated workflow of the plan organization, it also could match data interface of other systems of the platform. To manage the serious work safety accident, the system could do effective assistant to the plan organization word through the plan match, preliminary disposal, comprehensive judgment, intelligent plan four core work flow and management of17kinds of information like expert, rescue team, resource etc.. By using the analysis model based on the key information of the accident information, matching similar accident, this system can select rescue resources related to the specific accident and valuable information which could affect the accident rescue action, provide rapid and comprehensive information related to the accident for the leadership, changes the long time multi-departments manual query and analyses of all kinds of information to query and analysis of the system database. The author also develops a way which could transform MS-word documents into PDF format without losing any content of the document or the pattern of the document. This system uses J2EE architecture and SWORD platform to implement.This system has passed the project final inspection. The plan organization system fully meets the requirements of the accident rescue department.
