At present,with the gradual application of information technology,manufacturing is undergoing a round of technological innovation.Many companies in the regional industrial parks face the opportunity of transformation.Because of their small scale,these enterprises have problems such as shortage of manufacturing resources,shortage of professional talents and lack of knowledge,and the emergence of manufacturing service platforms can integrate the resources of different channels into enterprises.Provide services such as production,design,and intellectual support to improve manufacturing efficiency,save production time and costs,and enhance the competitiveness and vitality of enterprises and industries throughout the region.This thesis relies on the research and development of "multidimensional data analysis and intelligent decision support platform software research and development for Kunshan Science and Technology Park for cloud manufacturing" topic.After researching and collecting the manufacturing data of many enterprises in Kunshan Science and Technology Park,it analyzes multi-source and heterogeneous manufacturing.The data proposes modeling methods and matching decision processes for different manufacturing data,and designs and implements a B/S-based manufacturing data modeling and plan decision platform to provide decision support for the manufacturing activities of Kunshan Science and Technology Park.The main research content is as follows.First,this thesis discusses the research background and research significance of the manufacturing data modeling and plan decision platform,and analyzes the development status of manufacturing service platform and manufacturing plan decision-making methods at home and abroad.Then it describes the research objectives of this thesis,The relevant theories and techniques that need to be applied are introduced to provide the basis for the follow-up content of the thesis.Secondly,it analyzes the demand-oriented data modeling and plan decision platform to determine the overall functions,business processes and performance requirements of the platform development,analyzes the key technologies needed for the platform,and defines the platform's modeling of manufacturing resource data and manufacturing task data.and the demand of the matching decision method for both.Then,the overall design and implementation of the main modules for the manufacturing data modeling and plan decision platform were carried out.In this process,a manufacturing resource description model,a manufacturing task description model,and a Qo S-based task and resource decision procedure model were constructed.The three models are combined to design and implement the resource management module,the task management module,and the matching decision module.Finally,the platform's function was verified experimentally with a manufacturing case,and the performance of the platform was tested with Web testing tools.The test results show that manufacturing data modeling and plan decision platform designed and implemented in this thesis can describe the manufacturing resources and manufacturing tasks.It can optimize the manufacturing tasks to meet the user's needs and optimize the manufacturing plan,and has a certain degree of robustness.The platform can provide service and decision support for participants in manufacturing activities,assist regional industrial park enterprises in formulating product manufacturing plans,formulate project plans and development directions,and upgrade regional manufacturing levels,thereby achieving significant economic benefits.
