The after-sale service plays an important role in the automobile industry chain. The auto market competition has already changed from the product competition and price competition to the after-sale service competition. Every automobile manufacturing enterprise has fully realized the significance of the after-sale service, the large powerful automobile manufacturing enterprises with enough strength have established their own after-sale service management system, which reduces the after-sale service cost and improves the service quality. But for many small and medium automobile manufacturing enterprises without such economy and technical strength, their after-sale service also pauses in the manual management level.Auto parts supply is the base of after-sale service, Special stockpile for Auto parts supply of after-sale service has been established in most automobile manufacturing enterprises. Being lack of effective management system, the stockpile management of small and medium automobile manufacturing enterprises is very unreasonable, a large number of funds is occupied, and the complex stockpile management also increases the difficulty to after-sale service. In order to help small and medium automobile manufacturing enterprises to realize auto parts management effectively, the auto parts management system which is based on the Automobile Industry Chain collaborative platform is designed and implemented in the thesis.Firstly, the importance of auto parts management in after-sale service is introduced. Then the basic operations in after-sale service of small and medium automobile manufacturing enterprises are analyzed in detail. On this foundation, the function requirement of the auto parts management system is proposed, and the system's Use-case model is built up by using UML modeling language. After that, the system's physical structure and functional structure are designed, based on this the system is designed in detail. Finally the implementation of system is introduced and part of user interfaces are described. Besides, how to use the business intelligence technique to help the enterprise to make reasonable stock replenishing plan is researched.
