Phoschemical industry is composed by phosphoric acid, Phosphate compound fertilizer and fine phoschemicals, which is not only the foundation of numerous chemical industry, but also the supporting of high-tech chemical industry. This industry aims at phosphorus resources for processing, the main development of future phoschemical industry directed to fining.Design and development of decision supporting system for phoschemical industry is one of the Appraisal objectives of the project "High-purity Phosphorous Chemical Industry Product Database", Analysis and Testing Technology and Product Standard" of The National Sci.-tech. Support Program during the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan". Economic evaluation is an important functional module of decision supporting system for phoschemical industry.The decision support system for economic evaluation of phosphorus chemical industry is based on the processing of phosphate resources, the theory of system engineering, database, decision science,computer network and so on, collecting and using experts’wisdom and experience of the field of phosphorus chemical industry, specifying the applicable economic evaluation mathematical model and dynamic reasoning system, doing technical guidance by computer for specific process of image simulation, and finally a comprehensive system is established.Based on theory of decision supporting system, use Microsoft SQL Server2005datebase management and development system software and technique of J2EE as development tool, adopt classic three components of decision support system, namely data parts, model components, and human-computer interaction parts, economic evaluation decision supporting system for phoschemical industry was constructed. Through the man-machine dialogue platform, which provides intelligence platform combining with knowledge, creativity, initiative, capacity of information processing for decision makers. According to feasible technology solutions inputed and calculation of backstage, decision makers obtain a result of investitive evaluation containing quantitative index and non-quantitative index, which provide decision-making basis for phoschemical industry.The subject investigated by decision support system for economic evaluation of phosphorus chemical industry has19representative processes including dihydrate phosphoric acid, thermal phosphoric acid, ammonium phosphate, triple superphosphate,superphosphate, nitrophosphate fertilizer, calciummagnesia phosphate fertilizer and a variety of fine phosphates. Economic evaluation of each process mainly includes three function modules:internal rate of return, analysis of profit and loss balance, analysis of sensitivity, and some basic model of index:such as model of engineering flow sheet, model of static evaluation(period for recovery of investment, profit and tax investment ratio, profit ratio of investment, rate of return on investment), model of net present value. In basing premises of the principles of science, unitarity and applicability, this system evaluate every factors which influence economic benefit, make it more practical and widely used in phosphorous chemical industry.The design of framework, procedure of development, analysis of requirements and implementative procedure have been mainly represented, operation steps and results pages were demonstrated by taking thermal process for example. Last but not least, present work was summaried, future work will be put forward.
