With the development of radar signal processing, the environment of the radar is more and more complex, and there are more and more active jamming and passive jamming, in particular, active jamming brings many problems to radar signal processing. With the development of information war, radar plays an increasingly important role. When the radar is disturbed, how to correctly evaluate its operational effectiveness is the basis of the specific applications of radar electronic warfare, force planning, equipment demonstration and so on. So it's an urgent issue for radar users. With the rapidly development of science and technology, the technology has begun to have new requirements. It has great practical significant for both radar and jammer to evaluate ECCM(Electronic Counter Counter Measures) effects properly, objectively and easily in modern EW(Electronic Warfare).In this thesis, the radar performance evaluation method of radar system under complex electromagnetic environment is studied first. Then the interference samples obtained by the radar electromagnetic environment analysis equipment is the preliminary data analysis of the radar performance and transmitted for the statistical evaluation of radar jamming performance via Ethernet in the information system terminal. In this thesis, the design and debugging of the hardware interface and the software interface protocol from the radar electromagnetic environment analysis equipment to the information system terminal are completed, and the radar jamming performance evaluation software in the information system terminal is completed. The equipment has been used in the actual engineering. The main contents of this thesis are as follows:First of all, on the basis of the theory of radar EW and classification of jamming technology, the applicability and advantages of common evaluation indexes of anti jamming technology are analyzed to build a complete set of evaluation indicators for application.Secondly, comparing the advantages with disadvantages of the existing methods, a more accurate and reasonable evaluation method is given. Different from the existing evaluation methods, the method considers the actual situation of the real scene, and improves the performance of the evaluation criteria by designing the evaluation index of the weight coefficient. According to the criteria, a software platform for interference assessment is set up for the accurate evaluation of radar jamming performance.Finally, the radar data is analyzed and processed by the radar electromagnetic environment analysis equipment, and the processing results are transmitted to the information system via Ethernet, so that the radar jamming performance evaluation software can be used in the information system. Considering the requirement of the data quantity and the real-time performance of the radar electromagnetic environment, UDP Ethernet protocol is used as the data transmission mode in the thesis. On the basis of studying the hierarchical structure of the TCP/IP protocol stack and the characteristics of each layer protocol, the data information communication between terminals is realized through the initialization and configuration of the W5300.
