A Software Industry Monthly Statistics And Evaluation System Based On Extension Theory

The software industry is the basic, strategic, leading industry of national economic and social development, is important in supporting and guiding to the economic and social development. Software industry monthly statistics is an important means of timely, comprehensive grasp the industry development, and also is the foundation of industrial development evaluation. With the rapid development of software industry in our city, a set of scientific and reasonable software industry development evaluation system will play a vital role in the future.Economic benefit is the most intuitive, objective reflection when evaluate the development of an industry or an enterprise. This paper mainly studies the application of extension evaluation method in the evaluation of economic benefit in software industry. Combined with the software industry monthly statistics,study a set of simple, practical industrial economic benefit index, plus the time element based on the matter-element model, establish an Extension matter-element model of dynamic evaluation of software industry. Using the extension evaluation method and entropy method, works out an algorithm for dynamic evaluation of software industry. Finally, by building a software industry monthly statistics and evaluation system based on web, realize the evaluation and verification of industrial economic development.This paper firstly introduces the importance of establishing a scientific and reasonable economic benefit evaluation system of software industry for our city,as well as the purpose and significance of the thesis,and gives a general review on the status of the software industry development evaluation and extension evaluation method at home and abroad. The second part based on software industry monthly statistics index,gives the basic principle of the establishment of evaluation index, solves the index weight by entropy theory and establishes the evaluation index. The third part of the paper introduces the related concepts and superiority of extension comprehensive evaluation, establish the extension of time element model based on matter element model,and discusses the steps of extension comprehensive evaluation method combined with entropy weight. The fourth part discusses the application of extension comprehensive evaluation method in the real evaluation. The fifth part uses the real data to verify the model. In the last part, introduce the popular framework SSH+extjs, do the system analysis and design work and list the key code.
