Along with the paces of merger and recombination in China tobacco industrialenterprises are becoming bigger, the reform speed of system and mechanism isincreasing. The frequency of organization regulation is increasing, too. For thedevelopment of China tobacco industrial enterprises,it is indispensable to constructthe mode of human resources management in modern enterprises. Information systemof human resources management is an important way for China tobacco industrialenterprises to adopt different reform measures, achieve the goal of strategicmanagement and satisfy the needs of reform and sustainable development. It iseffective to improve the staff’s behaviour, raise the staff’s achievement, promote workefficiency and reduce the cost of the enterprises. Therefore, China Tobacco JiangxiIndustrial LLC which is at the stage of reforming and promoting human resourcesmanagement built collectivized information system of human resources managementbased on advanced IT technology rapidly. It has built the information platform ofhuman resources management which included information process, managementstandardization, actual-time data, overall analysis and scientific policy decision. It ishelpful to improve the reform of distribute institution and implement modernmanagement of human resources.Through the domestic and foreign international research results of humanresources management and information system development. It has used relevanttechnology for reference on B/S structure、J2EE、SOA、Single sign-on and so on.It analysed the present situation and requirement of human resources management inChina Tobacco Jiangxi Industrial LLC carefully. It clarified the train of thought ontechnology framework、operation function、workflow、system、system integrationin information system of human resources management in China Tobacco JiangxiIndustrial LLC from point of view of technology. It elaborated the implement methodsof system framework、system function、the problem of technology、system security.The outcome of system testing is good. The applied effect of system is good, too.They have achieved the desired goals.Information system of human resourcesmanagement in China Tobacco Jiangxi Industrial LLC offers the information platformof human resources management which includes centralization, standardization,sequencing and integration. Human resources implemented management ofcollectivization. It has solved the management problems which involved nonstandard data, low efficiency of professional work, improper management and control,supportless strategic policy decision and so on.
