The production process of the gathering and transferring station in oil field is the process that the crude oil is disposed to clear oil .The production process of the water injection station in oil field is process that water is injected to underground.They involve the measurement and the control of many process parameters, such as pressure ,temperature ,liquid height, flow rate ,water cut ,electricity parameters. There is valuable in the intelligentization and digitization oil that is built with energy saving, environmental protection, high effectiveness and automation.The article refers to some recent designs of automatic control systems of oilfields in china and other countries. And a series of control system has been designed for ZhuangXi Oil Production Factory, ShengLi Oil Field Ltd. The measuring instrumental and performer was optimized according to the demand of production engineering parameter and combing with the factors of reliability, stability and the ratio of performance and price; According to the characteristics of pump station centralized monitor and separated control, the computer controlling system was devise based on the PROFIBUS field bus. In terms of the practical condition of the pump station network, data transfer system was founded on the field LAN; On the base of production demand system, Software design was conducted..The realization of control scheme, firstly through establishing mathematic model based process, designing frequency conversion and timing non-linearity controlling system of combined station sewage upgrade pump, fix quantify transmit system of parallel connection pump. Aim at not good PID control implement which was on the process of department of oil and water, bring forward the method of faint control to replace the PID control. Designing the faint PID control implement which was double input and single output, and making emulation analysis. According to the question of frequency conversion automatic control equipment, the paper made improvement about electric and anti-disturb, and optimized controlling strategy of frequency inverter.Finally, this paper make systematical analysis and evaluation of the application of the automatic monitor system for the central gathering pump station and water injection pump station in the ShengLi oil field.
