In modern construction industry, as one of key components of tower crane fleet monitoring system, the wireless communication system provides an effective solution for parameter transmission and command feedback of tower crane fleet monitoring system. By making full use of technologies of modern communication, computer application and wireless network self-organization, working parameters of each tower crane and command from control center can be transmitted in time, with advantages of advancement, instantaneity, security, reliability and stability. However, the establishing and operating of tower crane fleet communication system are usually based on exploring and experience, lacking of theory support in practice, in the need of research for providing theoretical reference for further improvement and perfection of tower crane fleet communication system.The tower crane fleet wireless communication system plays a vital role in the monitoring system. In this paper, the newest ZigBee wireless communication technology is used, combining with characteristics, main research methods and application of systems engineering. First of all, using the Hall three-dimensional structure law to analyze the establishing process of tower crane fleet wireless communication system; then evolved and analyzed self-organization network of the tower crane fleet wireless communication system - ZigBee network based on self-organization theory; finally carried on the optimized deployment to network node of tower crane fleet wireless communication system, combining with the systems engineering optimized theory. Moreover, experiments of packet loss rate and stability were taken to test the feasibility of ZigBee technology. Results have verified that ZigBee can coexist with mobile phones, interphone and other wireless equipment, concluding that as to the ZigBee wireless communication system, within the scope of the effective receiving, the sequence of data receiving has nothing to do with the distance from the terminal node to center node; a optimal transmission cycle was obtained through analyzing the results of the wireless data transmission experiment. On the basis of the experiment, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of ZigBee properties in the tower crane fleet wireless communication system was taken.The innovation of this paper is analyzing tower crane fleet monitor system by using systems engineering technology and analyzing performance of ZigBee wireless communication system through experiment research, realizing the optimization of wireless communication system, so as to provide a scientific and feasible way for improving the design of tower wireless communication system, and made a new solution for the further development of tower crane fleet monitoring system.
