China's development in the past 10 years just like a high-speed train,especially in terms of the construction industry ushered in unprecedented prosperity.And one of the core equipment which the construction industry relies on is tower crane.Although tower crane has many years of development history in our country,tower crane accidents still occur frequently in recent years,this may be caused by the operator's incorrect operation,but there exists another objective factor,which is the lack of tower crane's safety design,therefor the design of a reliable tower crane safety monitoring system is necessary.This paper presents a tower crane safety monitoring system design,whose core is the central data processing unit based on STM32,the data acquisition unit based on various types of sensor,the near field communication unit based on ZIGBEE,the remote communication unit based on GPRS,and the LCD display with human-computer interaction unit.The design makes up for the shortcomings,which is the lack of security of tower crane safety monitoring system.It provides some new ideas for the development direction of tower crane at the same time.The research focus of this thesis lies in two aspects:In hardware,the tower crane monitoring system using STM32 as the main chip,using SIM900 and CC2530 for wireless communication.Using LM158 and HCNR200 and other chips to build the signal conditioning circuit of the sensors,in order to complete the signal conditioning of the sensors of the tower crane's height,amplitude,hoists,rotary,dip angle and wind speed.6-inch LCD module is used for display and human-computer interaction of the tower crane.At last,it's the circuit design of power,relay,storage and smart card.In software,the main purpose of the design is intelligent timed or real-time manual data acquisition of each sensor,and real-time display.Through setting parameters of the human-computer interaction touch screen,when more than one tower crane work together,the tower cranes will exchange data between each other.Through the data processing of the processor,timely warning and control operation of emergency will be realized,in order to avoid collision between each tower crane.At the same time,information is uploaded regularly to a remote server for storage.This will conducive to analyze possible incidents,also conducive to responsibility cognizance.The experimental platform of the tower crane monitoring system will realize real-time monitoring each sensor's parameter of the tower crane,also the anti-collision warning and processing between the tower cranes will be realized.The data transmission is stable,reliable and efficient,and expected goal is reached,the correctness and feasibility of the design is proved.
