Tower crane control center primarily uses for construction safety supervision and management departments, for the whole process of management of tower crane's safety supervision. The Monitoring Terminal system can monitor the safe operation of the tower crane at the site, and can warn when the risk happened, and has intelligent anti-collision function while tower groups operation. At the same time, System transmit real-time data to a remote monitoring center through the GPRS network, managers using the platform can log into the system, and then can monitor the safety operation of tower crane at all times. Construction safety regulators, safety supervision stations, tower crane rental companies, safety director of work site, etc. can manage working conditions of every crane and safety alarm of illegal operation at any times through this platform.This article studies, designs and develops relevant technologies and systematic functions of core platform monitoring center of tower crane safety and monitoring system. Crane safety monitoring system consists of remote monitoring terminal of tower crane and tower crane control centers. Firstly, Studied the related technologies used in the system development line, for the framework of the system, Embedded Software of remote terminal and control center use CS framework, while the computer terminal client and the monitoring center use BS framework; for the development tools, J2EE framework of struts + spring + hibernate is used, and ExtJS javascript is used in boundary layer; Real-time display of data on the crane uses Flash animation techniques to show the data in a graphical way to the operator. Apache MINA communication module can achieve the Socket communication between central station to the terminal and the terminal to central station. Secondly, this article designs the basic database table structure and data flow diagram of system control center, and develops communication protocol of transmission between crane platform remote terminals and the control center, as well as data interface needed in the other crane control terminal accessing control center platform. Finally, according to actual software functional requirements of tower crane control center, software system of crane control center designs seven subsystems including log-in, log-off and password-change for users, real-time monitoring, crane management, record management, statistical reporting, system management and help center. These subsystems collect, manage and display the data of wind speed, lifting, angle, angle, torque and alarms received by the crane remote monitoring terminal sensor, to configurate crane control terminal and monitor the use of the crane, installation, demolition and other information. Control terminal of the Crane remote control achieve the crane remote monitoring platform of the Construction Committee, safety supervision stations, leasing companies and construction site.After the crane control system has been completed design and development, construction safety supervision department as the provincial safety supervision platform of crane, can centralized manage the crane, the unit, recorded information of the province and check data at any time, to view monitoring data at any time, to prevent accidents during the crane installation and operation.
