Teaching ability is the core element of preschool teachers’ professional quality、the inevitable of professional development of preschool teachers and is the quality ofpreschool education security.This study takes the two ethnic areas of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefectureand Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture for example, on the basis of the research ofthe theory and the reference of teachers’ professional development and teachers’teaching ability, use literature analysis、questionnaire and interview methods, toinvestigate the two national regions of preschool teachers teaching ability basicpresent situation, analyse and explore the problems existing in the teaching ability,and based on this, put forward some suggestions and countermeasures.Investigation discovery, teacher’s teaching ability is in the middle level inGannan state and Linxia state on the whole. In the six factors of teaching ability,teaching design ability is maximum,teaching evaluation and reflection ability isminimum; The study also found that, kindergarten teachers’ teaching ability of thesurvey of two ethnic minority areas has the following problems: ability of teachingoverall level relatively is weak; teachers recognize the concept of early childhoodeducation, but they are lack of good practical ability; the consciousness of teachers’curriculum resources development and ability iare limited;"Tibetan" BilingualTeachers’ specialization rate is low, and lack of the ability of Bilingual Teaching. Theauthor thinks that the reasons for the above problems is, the lack of effectivepromotion of teachers’ teaching ability, the park outside the condition; the lack ofteaching ability development initiative and good professional guidance; thedevelopment of curriculum resources of teachers lack of initiative and basicconditions; lack of qualified bilingual teachers, lack of fit of ethical region actualbilingual textbooks.So, for ethical region of kindergarten teachers’ teaching ability developmentproblems, the author puts forward the following four corresponding countermeasures:1. Active play park and park outside the role of training, strengthen the development of teachers’ teaching ability of autonomy;2. Cultivate teachers’ teaching ability development initiative, strengthen theprofessional guidance;3. The kindergarten should create a condition actively, enhance the teachers inminority region ethnic curriculum resources development initiative and ability;4. cultivate and train of bilingual teachers by Multiple ways of, focus on eachforce parties to development Bilingual Teaching.
