The Research And Development Of Equipment Management System Centered On Reliability

Equipment is the foundation of enterprise operation and management, and the equipment has become the enterprise's important part of the core competition power in the circumstances of today's manufacturing processing capacity develop so fast. Equipment management should reach two results:the first one is the equipment in best technology state, and the second one is equipment maintenance and management are the most economic.To control the cost of the equipment effectively, full equipped and perfect management system is to set up. Equipment management process including the course from R&D, manufacturing and maintenance, reconstruction and scrap, etc. Maintenance is only a fraction of the entire work, but it is the most obvious enterprise equipment cost of parts. From the viewpoint of the whole, to reduce the maintenance cost, we must cooperate with other combined segments and pay special attention to the management of all the links.This paper summarizes the parameters and indexes of system reliability and maintainability, also analyses and establish RCM-EMS (equipment management system) integrated model framework, using the RCM (reliability centered maintenance) theory of logistic decisions, failure mode and the most suitable maintenance way to direct the information such as the equipment maintenance, the last chapter design and realize the equipment management system, which can be used to assist and guide the work of the equipment's maintenance and management, etc. The system has been implemented in a state-owned enterprise, and reached the expected effect.
