With the"12th Five-Year","13th Five-Year" plan announced and the "strong smart grid plan"," three sets of five ","energy Internet strategy” moves implemented of national power grid,Accordingly,the information scale of electric power company is increasing day by day.With big data and cloud computing just unfolding in the power system,resulting in the power system network architecture gradually complicated and the number of intelligent power monitoring equipment is gradually increased,which brings a great challenge to the management of material supply company.Follow the pace of the information age,the power company has been involved in the development and construction of company's quipment management system to achieve efficient material management level and low material management cost.The the core of design and development to the material management system at electric power enterprise equipment is meeting the internal management system and business process.At the same time,we should also require userfriendly,easy to learn,easy to understand,easy to operate interface,which bring high work efficiency.However,with the concept of industry 4.0 and smart grid putted out?The current equipment material information management system has a single structure,practical operation,low participation of the operator.It is difficult to realize the functions of demand forecasting,procurement management,warehouse management,statistics and analysis of reports and so on.If we can develop a complete set of equipment and materials information management system for power enterprises with complete functional modules,it will further enhance the efficiency of power supply companies in equipment and materials management.Thus,it has a positi-ve impact on the construction of "strong smart grid" and "energy Internet" str-ategic objectives,and indirectly contributes to the national economic constructi-on and energy security.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to build a complete equipment information management system for power system.The design and implementation of equipment information management system for power supply company takes B/S as the basic access model.It uses JAVA language as the main development language and it uses the mode of MVC design.The architecture of the system is designed by Spring+Structs+Hibernate.The system uses SQL Server 2008 database to support business data.The main work of this paper is as follows:In the investigation and Study on the power supply company of equipment and materials management work,summed up the equipment information management system requirements document,general function modules of the system and the theoretical knowledge of the use of software engineering logic modeling.In the investigation and Study on the power supply company of equipment and materials management work,summed up the requirements document of equipment information management system.This article uses the related theory knowledge of software engineering,to model the overall functions and modules of the system.The design of the system is analyzed and designed from three main aspects: physical framework,functional module and database model.Finally,the development of equipment and material information management system for the power supply company based on the basic B/S structure is realized.The power company equipment information management system contains the future demand forecasting,procurement procurement and supplier management,logistics and distribution,and the performance of reverse logistics management,merchandise control of all business modules,meanwhile,it also provides intelligent,simple,efficient and easy statistics and query functions.the design and Implementation of Equipment material information management system to power supply company,greatly improved the efficiency of the power supply company and indirectly enhance the reliability of power system and strength and improve the satisfaction degree of customer.With the further improvement and promotion of the function structure,it is believed that the equipment material information management system can bring huge advantages to the power supply enterprises.
