The stable operation of engineering equipment is an important guarantee for the safe construction of construction site.The low level of informatization of site equipment management and the disunity of equipment interface standards make the equipment operation data collection,analysis,fault prevention and maintenance management face difficulties,and the traditional single architecture management information system has been difficult to meet the complex business needs.This paper proposes a management information system based on microservice architecture,which realizes the collection and analysis of equipment operation data.An improved genetic algorithm is proposed to predict the equipment life.This paper mainly completes the design and development of the software architecture of each module of the equipment management system.The main work includes:(1)This paper expounds the background and significance of the research.This paper analyzes the research status of equipment management system and preventive maintenance at home and abroad,and analyzes the problems existing in the current engineering equipment management.According to the current management mode of the background enterprise,the information management scheme is put forward,and the requirement analysis and overall architecture design are completed.(2)Detailed design of equipment management system and data acquisition system.Using UML modeling tools,using activity diagram,class diagram,sequence diagram to design the main business process of the system.This paper constructs a data acquisition system architecture based on infinite sensor network,including data acquisition layer,data transmission layer and data service layer.On this basis,the structure design of database related tables is completed.(3)Preventive maintenance of equipment.Based on the failure data of the same kind of equipment,the research of equipment reliability based on Weibull distribution is put forward.Genetic algorithm is used to optimize the Weibull distribution of three parameters.Finally,the optimization results of three parameters are obtained and the research model is established to predict the service life of equipment.Combining it with equipment maintenance business,the preventive maintenance strategy is realized.Conclusion: This paper designs a closed-loop equipment management system from equipment data collection to using equipment fault data for predictive maintenance,which has the characteristics of module expansion,data collection automation and equipment fault prediction.The system can meet the changeable functional requirements of the construction industry,and make the equipment management more efficient.The successful application of the system in enterprises proves the effectiveness of this study.
