80%of the power generation business management are device management, thecurrent promotion point test repair is an effective tool to improve the level of powerplant equipment management, point test repair system depends on the equipmentreliability management.Since Jin Zhou thermoelectric plant is newly built, thetraditional examine and repair ways and equipment supervising ways can’t trulyreflect the equipments’ operating state.The application of the device managementsystem will comprehensively improve the level of equipment, scientific management.This paper using UML design and analysis tools on the problems faced by thefoundation to discuss the project background and its development and design of JinZhou Thermoelectric plant equipment management system, thermoelectric plantequipment management system module needs analysis andsystem design.It focuses onthe realization of technologies, including the management system analysis of setequipments, how to design the control conditions of equipment reliability’s automaticgathering, how to efficiently count the equipment reliability indexes, how to designefficiently the equipment management system, and the relation design betweenequipment reliability and the performance assessment of spot-inspection personnel.Based on the needs of users,the system from,designed to B/S architecture model offunction.The system is used.NET development platform and C#language as thedevelopment tools,use Oracle database as the secondary.The equipment management system will assist the plant to master precisely theoperating state and changing trend of all equipments. As a result, the plant can makecorrect decisions about production and management. By analyzing the equipmentreliability indexes and quantifying performance assessment of spot-inspectionpersonnel, people can prolong the equipments’ life-span, reduce the maintenance costof equipments, and eliminate furthest the cases of ignoring maintenance ofequipments or overly maintenance equipments. Therefore, the plant greatly promotesits production safety, and improves the production and management indexes. Thestable power output and the longest running of equipment is ensured with apply of thesystem.
