Construction Machinery Reliability Data Management System Design

Reliability technology in the field of construction machinery is widely used,through the construction machinery design stage reliability analysis,can improve the service life of construction machinery products.In this paper,engineering reliability and maintainability of the technical needs of engineering machinery reliability and maintainability of related technologies were studied.This paper introduces the domestic and foreign research in reliability and maintainability technology.After analyzing the requirements of reliability and maintainability of engineering machinery enterprises,it collects data through intelligent terminals and uploads and summarizes them in remote analysis through Internet of Things technology.The platform includes the engineering machinery product tree module,the engineering machinery reliability allocation and prediction module,the engineering machinery reliability block diagram analysis module,the engineering construction machinery reliability analysis module,the engineering machinery reliability analysis module,the engineering construction machinery reliability database management system,Mechanical failure mode,impact and hazard analysis module,engineering machinery failure report,analysis and corrective measures module,engineering machinery fault tree analysis module,construction machinery maintenance analysis module.In the development process of the system,in order to analyze the product reliability of the mechanical part,using the MATLAB mathematical calculation ability,make it mixed programming with the Delphi platform,which greatly improve the calculation efficiency of the system reliability.At the end of the article,the elevator as an example,the realization of the various functional modules and operating procedures were introduced to achieve the engineering machinery from the initial design phase of the reliability analysis to the final analysis of mechanical failure analysis and maintenance programs.Provides a complete set of engineering machinery reliability and maintainability analysis flow for the enterprise reliability and maintenance technology in construction machinery related fields.
