Currently, there are problems of low efficiency and static management in our army's Equipment Management Information System, which is unable to meet the demands to equipment management in modern war. RFID technology has these functions for the automatic acquirement and non-contact recognition of the materials information, introducing RFID technology into Equipment Management Information System can implement dynamic acquisition and tracking management of Equipment Information.Firstly, the technical theory of working principle, reading mechanism, application architecture and RFID middleware of RFID system is analyzed. Then in conjunction with the construction status and practical requirements of the equipment management information System in troops, a new system frame of Equipment Management Information System based on RFID technology is proposed, building two application subsystems of equipment acquisition and monitoring equipment based on RFID technology. The Acquisition System is researched from two aspects: RFID Middleware frame and multi-tag anti-collision algorithms. Based on the analysis of typical middleware architecture, this article puts forward a Middleware System frame which is suitable for the application of force. The basic structure, function modules and data flow are systematical analyzed. An improved anti-collision algorithm based on dynamic jumping binary-tree searching is proposed. The algorithm is superior to typical algorithms on the performance of reading efficiency and collision-bit state. Finally, we designe a Prototype System of Equipment Management Information System based on RFID technology and finish the design of the Equipment Acquisition Module, the Inventory Check Module and the Tracking Positioning Module in Application Subsystems.This system realized the integrated function of the automatic acquirement, dynamic query and condition warning of equipment information. It has reference value and practical significance for the troops.
