With the continuous improvement of living standards,the issues of food safety have been attached great importance,which also accelerates the development of cold chain logistics.And many countries also have formulated relevant policies to support cold chain logistics' development.However,for the cold chain logistics enterprises,it means both opportunity and challenge.The amount of enterprises' logistics cost and carbon emissions which are discharged in transit decide the enterprises' logistics level.Therefore,controlling and optimizing the logistics cost and carbon emissions of cold chain logistics enterprises will improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.The optimization of logistics cost of Chinese cold chain logistics enterprises was studied with a new method of system dynamics in this paper.The variation of the logistics cost and the carbon emissions of cold chain logistics enterprises was analyzed,and then the corresponding improvement suggestions which are based on the policy simulation results were given in this paper.For the optimization of logistics cost system of cold chain logistics enterprises,the research has a certain practical significance.At the same time,it not only improves the academic value of system dynamics,but also extends the research field of system dynamics,and then produces a new method to study the optimization of logistics cost in the field of cold chain logistics.First,the current researching status of the logistics cost and cold chain logistics cost were elaborated,the current methods of logistics cost control were collected,and then the existing problems of every method were put forward in this paper.Secondly,the basic theory of cold chain logistics,cold chain logistics cost and system dynamics were introduced in detail.Thirdly,from the angle of the cold chain logistics enterprises,taking full consideration of the various logistics costs and carbon emissions of the enterprises,the system dynamics model of the logistics cost system of cold chain logistics enterprises was constructed in this paper.Finally,taking the relevant data of the circulation of fresh tomato in the cold chain logistics enterprise as an example,the validity of the model was tested and the model was simulated by the Vensim simulation software of the system dynamics.According to the simulation results,the main reasons of the fluctuation of the logistics cost and the total carbon emission were summarized,and the corresponding improvement measures were put forward through the simulation of the policy in this paper,thus the logistics cost of the enterprises can be reduced.The results show that the fluctuation change of the total logistics cost of enterprises is mainly caused by the irregular fluctuations of transportation cost,storage cost and in-Warehouse/ex-Warehouse cost.Among them,the transportation cost fluctuation is the dominant factor.In addition,the total carbon emissions volatility is mainly affected by the transport of carbon emissions.Some suggestions were proposed in this paper,which are controlling cycle purchasing transportation demand,improving the transportation vehicle loading rate,controlling product freshness and storing deterioration rate.
