With the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standards,people pay more and more attention to food safety issues,and quality of food requirements are getting higher and higher,which greatly stimulated the development of cold chain logistics,and the increasing of refrigerated trucks,cold storage and other refrigerated facilities year by year.But in our country the technical support of low temperature preservation and refrigerated transport is still far behind the developed countries,the degree of specialization in cold chain logistics is low,intelligent technology level needs to be rising,the economic loss caused by improper preservation of the in storage,transport and sales stage is very great.In order to guarantee quality of agricultural products and reduce the loss of agricultural products,based on the monitoring of agricultural products in the refrigerated transport process as the research object,this paper has designed a monitoring device for the agricultural products in refrigerator and the running condition of the vehicle to achieve a transparent and intelligent cold chain transport process.The main contents of this paper include the following parts:1)Through the study of domestic and foreign research status,this paper will analyze the existing problems of China's cold chain logistics,puts forward the research purpose and main contents of the paper.Through the analysis of the functional requirements of the system,the overall framework of the system is designed and the main components are selected.2)The vehicle monitoring system is composed of two parts,including the main control node and the acquisition node.The acquisition node uses RFID technology combining with sensors to collect and send the main factors to the main control node.The core of the master node is STM32,which is used to receive the information from the node.And through the compass,accelerometer,camera module,the vehicle information will be collected,and all the collected information are stored in the SD memory card,then the data will be displayed on the LCD screen,through the serial port drivers can view real-time data,historical data and historical data changing curve,and finally communicate through the 3G remote wireless with communication and monitoring center.3)On the basis of the realization of the basic functions of the system,in order to improve the credibility and effectiveness of the system data and reduce the data redundancy,the data fusion algorithm is added into the system to improve the accuracy of the system.Firstly,the improved Chauvenet's Criterion is used to remove the large error data,and then the adaptive batch estimation fusion algorithm is used to fuse the data.4)After the completion of the system design,in order to find loopholes in the system and test the practical application of the system,the system needs to be tested to improve the system.
