With the steady improvement of China's comprehensive national strength and the continuous improvement of per capita consumption levels, urban residents' demand for fresh fruits and vegetables and other fresh products is increasing, market demand is far greater than market supply, and urban residents' demand for fresh foods is difficult to meet..The vigorous implementation of the rural revitalization strategy brought a large number of fresh fruits and vegetables and other fresh products to the city in the suburbs of the city and even in remote villages,to a certain extent,to meet the needs of urban residents for fresh food. However, due to the characteristics of temperature sensitive, perishable and fresh, and the development of green and low carbon in industries such as transportation,it has become a future development trend. The cold chain logistics industry with relatively low development level in China has not yet been able to bring urban residents Come to large-scale,cost-effective fresh products. As an emerging logistics organization model,third-party logistics can effectively overcome the shortcomings of traditional logistics, such as relatively closed, redundant resource allocation, and unevenness of busyness, and realize the sharing and effective allocation of resources such as distribution centers and distribution vehicles. The vehicle routing problem is a mature and efficient way to optimally allocate resources such as distributing vehicles. Therefore, this paper has a high application value and market prospect for the research of cold chain distribution vehicle path optimization for third-party cold chain logistics under the requirements of green and low carbon development. This paper first introduces the application range of cold chain logistics products.Compared with ordinary logistics goods, fresh products have unique physiological characteristics that are greatly affected by temperature and environment, and occupy an important aspect in the research of cold chain logistics. Then it introduces the characteristics and problems of the cold chain logistics itself;then elaborates on the concept of green logistics.Green logistics as a new logistics concept is very suitable for the current logistics research. It is necessary to combine green logistics with cold chain logistics.of.Finally,it introduces the characteristics and problems of China's cold chain logistics distribution mode, and lays a theoretical foundation for later research.Choosing a more mature intelligent optimization algorithm suitable for this problem is the basis of corresponding algorithm design. In this paper, the basic principles and operational processes of the four algorithms of particle swarm optimization, ant algorithm, genetic algorithm and firefly algorithm are elaborated, and their advantages and disadvantages aresummarized.Through comparative analysis, this paper finds that the firefly algorithm is suitable as the algorithm basis for the problem described in this paper because of its relatively simple principle, strong local search ability and fast convergence. This paper establishes an integer programming model with the objective function of minimizing the transportation cost, dispatch cost, time penalty cost, fresh food loss cost, carbon emission cost, and the maximum capacity limit of refrigerated vehicles. For this model, this paper is original. The firefly algorithm has been improved accordingly. The specific improvement measures are embodied in the design of the individual codec mechanism and the introduction of the roulette selection strategy for the cold chain logistics network distribution problem. Then, the real data is preprocessed and used to form this paper. The case is analyzed and analyzed. The analysis results show that the algorithm designed in this paper has a high application value for this kind of problem. Finally, the research content of this paper is summarized, and the direction that this paper can be further studied is proposed.
