With the improvement of people's quality of life,the demand for green fresh agricultural products is increasing rapidly.The uneven distribution of green fresh products leads to the increasing demand for the deployment of cold storage equipment.Furthermore the demand for cold chain logistics vehicles more and more.However,the quality and transportation cost of fresh products are affected by the interior environment of cold chain logistics vehicles and whether the scheduling of cold chain logistics vehicles is reasonable.Therefore,real-time monitoring and scheduling of cold chain logistics vehicles plays a vital role in the process of cold chain logistics transportation.This paper takes the vehicles in the process of cold chain transportation as the monitoring object,the environmental monitoring and vehicle dispatching of cold chain logistics cars are studied.Realized real-time monitoring and whole-process tracking of the environmental parameters inside the box of the cold chain logistics vehicle,besides,it ensures the transparent and controllable environment inside the box of the cold chain logistics vehicle in the process of cold chain transportation.The research contents are as follows:(1)STM32F105 single-chip microcomputer as the control core,then it mainly use DHT11 temperature and humidity sensor,air quality TGS2600 sensor,the door touch switch,two fluorspar C2 C wireless intelligent network camera,cloud mirror,GPS module in SIM808 and RFID as data acquisition peripherals,however,the gating switch and water spraying device are defined regulating devices.The acquisition of temperature and humidity,air quality,scene image,vehicle position and object in the carriage of cold chain logistics vehicle and the adjustment of temperature and humidity and environmental quality are realized respectively.The second advantage of,data transmission unit is composed of E32-TTL-100 LoRa wireless module,esp8266-12 f WIFI wireless module and SIM808 wireless module.LoRa module is connected with STM32F105 microcontroller of the data acquisition terminal,and timely transfers the collected environmental data to the cold chain logistics monitoring platform for use by the client;ESP8266-12 f WIFI module and SIM808 wireless module for data transmission on the client and desktop console,ensure that users can view data and send control signals via LAN.GPS module and GIS arecombined to realize the map display of vehicles.(2)Detailed design of the monitoring center and upper computer,including the design of PC client and mobile APP.The monitoring personnel can realize real-time viewing of the data of the cold chain logistics vehicle through the PC client of webpage and mobile APP,and the cold chain logistics vehicle environment monitoring;Logistics companies and other regulatory units can view data through GPRS module;Mobile client can view mobile APP data through WIFI or GPRS module communication.(3)We can carry out the simulation of cold chain logistics vehicle optimal scheduling management,the ant colony algorithm is used to select the optimal path to reduce vehicle transportation and scheduling time,to reduce the transportation cost of cold chain logistics products and ensure their quality.(4)The implementation and test of each monitoring module of the cold chain logistics monitoring system are carried out on the PC side web page and the mobile phone APP side.
