With the deepening constantly of reform and opening-up of our country, theimproving rapidly of the industrialized level, the expanding constantly of the productionscale of enterprises, traditional craft management has not met the needs of producing andmanaging,become the restriction factors of management and decision more andmore.The Human Resources Management System for enterprise discussed in this thesiscan fulfill the self-service of the teaching staff, carry out the analyses of college HumanResources and perform the function of decision-making. It is expected that the HumanResources Management System for enterprise will become a bridge between informationcommunication and a bridge between data sharing in enterprises, the educationinformation will certainly be assured by such powerful software.This thesis analyzed, designed and implemented the architecture and detail functionmodels. In this system the functions of science and technology management, humanresources management, annual evaluation management, salary and welfare management,recruitment management and training management were implemented.Firstly,in this thesis, a architecture of human resources management base on theweb was put forward. The B/S model, is used to realize centralized data of storage andInternet synchronization of cross-platform management, with which the management costcan be reduced and the extension function can be improved.Secondly, it raise a technique of development which is suit of the Human ResourcesManagement for enterprise. The UML is adopted to setup the model. The J2EE is used toimplement the presentation tier and business logic tier. In addition, SQL Server2005asthe database and efficient data visit mechanism.Finally, in this system, the visit is controlled technology based on the role is taken.In order to ensure the security of the system and the data, dual mechanism is used for thebackup of the database. One is the computer network data backup and the other is theprogramming design data backup.
