From the current situation of supervision companies in China, as the third party ofthe engineering services, have projects not only domestic but also overseas. Thus, thepersonnel flow for Supervision Company is big. If only depend on the ordinary humanto manage the human resources, it would be a huge project mean while it would makeunnecessary waste, which would impede the profit maximization for supervisioncompanies. At the same time, it is difficult to be adapted for the requirement ofnetworking, centralization, management and intellectualization by the modernizedsupervision industry. Therefore, to develop a newly informative method and techniqueof a comprehensive human resource management system for supervision companies isnecessary and urgent.This research use Haisum Chengdu Construction Supervision Company as researchsubject to investigate the current human resource management model, based on itscharacteristics and lacks to developed a new human resource management systemaccording with current supervision industry. This human resource management systemusing B/S develop model, jps+js as the front-end interface, spring+hibemate as thebackground logic control and mysql for data base. The whole designing process usediterative development, progressively improving system in order to reduce the risk forsystem development.This research thesis presents four modules for the human resource managementsystem:(1) Organization management module;(2) Personnel information managementmodule;(3) Salary and welfare management module; and (4) Personnel planningmanagement module. All of which main focused on the character of huge personnelflow for supervision industry. At the same time, it also describes the realization of thesefour modules by three stages which are requirements analysis, designing of system andrealization of system. Those main function modules of personnel information record,compensation and welfare for both contractors and permanent staff effectively realized the management for staff’s information record, contract, salary and welfare managing.
