With the arrival of information age, University urgents to be constructed with digitalization. According to the practice of management personnel information of large scale and merge the vast area of land, this paper tries to provide exacl comprehensive data and timely analysis. Thought the current situation of the development of the practice and personnel management information system construction and the business requirements of the digital campus of Hunan Human University of Science and Technology model building, the personnel information management system. under the prerequisite of simple interaction and visualization software runtime we also tried to improve work efficiency and quality; and enhance management personnel clergy information management; improve the effectiveness of management and decision making, reliability, real-time and sharing, and provide. And this system can provide better service for the school the great-leap-forward development.Combining with the hunan institute practical work of Hunan Human University of Science and Technology, this paper studies and developes a human resource management system. The paper also studies the information management system design theory and technology; and uses structured method to analys the organization structure, the human resources management business flow, and the user's need. Based on this, the new system logic model is advanced, and the current human resources management business is analysed. According to the system analysis, combining database theory and Human resources management of Hunan Human University of Science and Technology, and using structural design method finished the design of the whole system, the actual system structure, detailed design and database design is completed.Based on the current university human resources management mode and management authority, This system optimizes the business of human resources management for Hunan Human University of Science and Technology, which provide convenience to system manager, resources, management scope permissions factors of definition and distribution. The operation of the system can meet the basic needs of users, and achieve the hunan human technology institute of human resources management. The agency and staffing administration, and management of personnel file, professional title appraisal, performance, performance evaluation, work hillock attendance, labor welfare, the selection and training of personnel and communication and data reporting, is completed. This system also establishes hunan institute of humanities technology of human resource management database. In addition, the system can need to complete all the computer processing of human resources management business the function is all ready. The operation is simple. Data transmission of information sharing and compatible with convenient, has good expansibility.
