Education informationization building is a system engineering, involving all aspects of the school teaching management, and the human resources management is the most important aspect. only by making the best use of human resources and giving full exploitation to the potential of staff, can we constantly improve the quality of education and enhance the school level.At present, many colleges and universities in china make a lot of fruitful work to the human resources management informationization. This paper uses the relevant research achievements for reference, and explores the University Human Resource Management System (UHRMS) Construction and application. It mainly starts from the current situation of Liaoning University of Science and Technology Human Resources Management, applies UML language to modeling Liaoning University of Science and Technology Human Resource Management System (HRMS), proposes HRMS specific function modules, and provides a outline design of human resources sharing system based on Campus Network. In practice, it put forward an HRMS adopted B/S and C / S mixed structure according to the university characteristics, and provides a design of human resources database system. It takes HRMS assist decision into mathematical modeling, and realizes the function of calculating the complement staff and their promotions. Finally, it applies ASP technology to realize the basic functions of the system, and illustrates the specific realization in detail. The system is now operating well.
