Customer relationship management system can make the BOC to build a lasting relationship with customers, and make the industry and commerce bank business personnel to communicate with the customer, and provide products and services according to the need of cunstomer and market.This paper has firstly summarized the connotation, characteristics and basic categories of CRM, and summarized the essence and enforcement content of bank CRM. Then, the paper has analyzed the key technologies involved in the process of BOC CRM system. Secondly, the paper has cleared the design principle and structure of the BOC CRM sytem, analyzed the functional requirements and performance requirements of system, and detailed designed the key function module and database of the CRM system. Then, the paper has analyzed the network structure of the BOC CRM system in detail based on the .net and SQL Server environment, and studied the realization of the key function.At last, the paper has showed the stability and effectiveness of the boc CRM system by the test.
