With the rapid development of the economy,internet technology and computer technology have been well applied in various industries of the society,driving the change and development of the industry.The transformation of the bank is changing with the product-centric model.Now it is based on the customer to serve the customer and build a customer-centric relationship.It is necessary to establish a bank customer relationship management system to maintain a good relationship between the bank and the customer.The customer relationship is established between the customer and the bank.It collects and organizes customer information,increases customer awareness,and analyzes customer behaviors.It can effectively respond to customer needs.To achieve these needs,establish a bank customer relationship.use.The relationship between banks and customers depends on the bank's customer relationship management system,which continuously improves the quality of services,and at the same time continuously digs for customers,especially high-quality customer resources,and continuously upgrades and innovates products.This can counteract the stability of customer relationships.This article uses Kubernetes and Docker to build a deployment environment that supports fast deployment and multi-instance applications to ensure high system availability.It establishes a web-based bank customer relationship management system,studies relationship marketing theories,and establishes and maintains customer relationships.Formal display,upgrade the products that customers rely on,the purpose is still to maintain the customer relationship of the bank,take the customer relationship as the center to design a WEB-based bank customer relationship management system and implement and verify.The main contents of this article are:(1)analysis of different system architectures,understanding the use scenarios of different architectures,analysis of customer relationship establishment,corresponding relationship marketing,customer value theory,and analysis of related technologies based on the WEB environment,Analyze the high availability of Kubernetes,Docker,JWT,and the system to enable rapid deployment and construction of the system;(2)build customer information services to achieve customer relationship management,establish and maintain customer relationships usingproducts and marketing,and build products based on products,The intimacy of marketing-based customer relationships can better provide a basis for marketing,and at the same time report information on statistics,which can better reflect customer relationships;(3)for the establishment of bank customer relationships,design and implement a prototype system,And test the prototype system through application examples;(4)the system supports multi-instance applications,guarantees the system's high availability,can be released in grayscale,and realize non-stop deployment and upgrade.
