Police Document Management System Based On J2ee Framework And Workflow Technology, Design And Realization

E-government is the first in the "information highway" five application areas, which is promoted by countries around the world. Compared to information technology developed countries, China's e-government is still at the fledgling stage, and has a great gap both in theoretical research and practical application. In the area of standards, China's e-government has only several guiding norms, and has not a perfect, formal standard of e-government systems development. This situation has resulted in incompatible systems built by different units. In practical applications, the domestic e-government system has simple function, need to adopt advanced technology, to raise reliability and scalability, and change the condition the lack of sharing of resources.This thesis is based on the domestic situation of e-government. Through the process of designing and developing a reusable document management system, the thesis analyzed the development process of e-government systems, the difficulties encountered in the process and talked about the advantages of usage of workflow technology and open source J2EE framework in the e-government system. In the basis of these technologies, and proposed a solution which made use of them. It also designed and realized an applicable organization model and resource model which can be used in the e-government. The organization model by introducing the concepts workgroup and role, solves the mobility problem of government users. The resource model established a unified description of system resources and maintenance mechanisms and provides the resources control functions. In the basis of the models, document process model defines the government documents process, and realized a complete document business processes. Practice has proved that using these technologies can make system designed with easy expansion and better maintenance, narrow the gap between our country and technology advanced countries, solve the practical problems in the development of e-government system.
